What data is processed and why

If you write to me, I process your email address and whatever you say in the message, to answer you and, if there is an assignment, to carry it out. The basis is the relationship you start by writing and, if there is an assignment, the contract.

Messages are kept while the conversation or the assignment lasts, and afterwards for as long as the law requires for the records of invoiced work.

Analytics

This site carries no analytics. None of my own, none from third parties. I do not know who visits, how many, or from where.

Who else sees your data

The site is served from Cloudflare, which receives the technical connection data needed to deliver each page. Email is handled by my mailbox provider. What you write in the form reaches me through Resend, which acts as a processor only to deliver that email. I do not pass data to anyone else.

Your rights

You can ask me for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by writing to hola@mariogarridotorres.com. If you think I have not dealt with you properly, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD).

If you appear in a photo

The photos on this site are documentary and sports work. If you appear in one and want it taken down, write to me and I will remove it.
